The staff were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel at home and it was very apparent that they love this amazing property as much as we did! Lots of rooms where you can sit and read our watch TV and it is really close to a fantastic Indian restaurant surprisingly situated in the lion and fiddle pub.

The location is amazing. It is a beautiful building. The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was great.

Lovely olde worlde Victorian grade II listed B&B in beautiful settings. Our room was spacious, cosy and clean. We had an issue with our toilet being blocked a couple of times but the issue was quickly resolved both times. There's a kettle with instant coffee and tea in the room. The shower cubicle could do with a little shelf/holder for your soap or shampoo but otherwise fine. The full English breakfast was ok and the staff was really polite and helpful. This is not a 5* hotel so we didn't expect luxury but we loved our stay and, for the price, cannot complain and will definitely return.

It is a beautiful building inside and out. It has been grand in its day but the past spender is still there to see

After reading previous reviews I sort of knew what to expect ! It’s an old building which we found quirky. The breakfast room was lovely in keeping with the building and the breakfast itself was excellent with lots to eat and drink ! The staff were lovely and friendly especially at reception telling us where to go and how to get there. ,
